Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place a baking sheet with the pizza crust on it.
  • Cover the crust with the pizza sauce.
  • Place the zucchini slices on top of the sauce.
  • Serve with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle with the vegan mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust has turned golden brown and the cheese has melted.
