Instructions

  • Combine the mashed potatoes, crumbled tofu, and chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  • To make a dough, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Roll the dough into small 1 inch diameter balls.
  • A large pot of salted water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the dumplings float to the surface, in boiling water.
  • With a slotted spoon, remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
