  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  • Cook for 1 minute after adding the garlic and ginger.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the tofu is browned on all sides.
  • Bring the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and miso paste to a boil in the pot.
  • Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cook and drain the ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • Divide the noodles among four bowls and top with the broth and tofu.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro, if desired.
