Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over high heat.
  • Stir in the cauliflower and carrots for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in the ginger and garlic for another 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the frozen peas for another 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Stir in the sauce for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coated the vegetables.
  • Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
