Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Drain and press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove any excess water.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  • Clean and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
  • Combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix the potatoes and mushrooms in the bowl to coat them with the seasoning.
  • To the bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  • Combine all of the ingredients.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden on the outside.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
