Vegan Fried Zucchini Crisps Recipe

Crispy and tasty, these vegan fried zucchini crisps are ideal as a snack or appetizer. The zucchini slices are fried until golden brown after being coated in a flavorful breadcrumb mixture. Enjoy with your preferred dipping sauce.

Instructions

  • Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Shake off the excess flour after dipping each zucchini slice.
  • Separately, place the nondairy milk in a bowl.
  • Breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika should be combined in a third bowl.
  • Each floured zucchini slice should be dipped into the nondairy milk, then coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the zucchini slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side, in hot oil.
  • Remove the fried zucchini crisps from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  • Serve right away and enjoy.
