Spaghetti and Mushrooms Recipe

This Spaghetti and Mushrooms recipe is a quick and easy weeknight meal. The earthiness of the mushrooms complements the nuttiness of the parmesan cheese, and the garlic adds a flavor punch.

  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
  • While the spaghetti cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in the pan for 5-7 minutes, or until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
  • Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the mushrooms and garlic once it's done.
  • Toss everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the spaghetti is completely coated in the mushroom mixture.
  • Remove from the heat and add the parmesan cheese.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
