Instructions

  • Mash the black beans with a fork in a medium bowl.
  • Combine the corn, bread crumbs, onion, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Make four patties out of the mixture.
  • Pour the flour onto a plate and coat each patty in it, shaking off any excess.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
