  • Stir in the oat flour, plant-based milk, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until everything is combined.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, or until bubbles appear and the edges begin to dry.
  • Cook for another minute or two, or until both sides are golden brown.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
