Instructions

  • Combine aquafaba and cream of tartar in a mixing bowl.
  • Whip until frothy.
  • Slowly add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

  • Fold gently into the mixture.
  • Whip the coconut cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped coconut cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
  • Place the mixture in serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
