Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the soy protein isolate, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the soy sauce and water until everything is well combined.
  • The mix should be moist but not soggy.
  • Form the mixture into 1 inch diameter balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the metaballs for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with your preferred dipping sauce.
