  • Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
  • Pulse the mixture until it is coarsely ground.
  • Transfer to a large mixing bowl and stir in the flour until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1 1/2 tbsp-sized balls.
  • Roll the balls in sesame seeds, gently pressing to coat.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Cook until the balls are golden brown on all sides, about 10-12 minutes total.
